Adaptive sports sessions
Soccer, track, and more, run with modified rules and gear so the sport meets the player where they are.
For Fun FC exists to give people in the disabled and special needs community a genuine, safe space to play — the same rush of running out onto a pitch, the same team, the same joy of the game, built to actually fit them.
Most athletics programs weren't designed with the disabled and special needs community in mind — the pace, the noise, the rules, the equipment. For Fun FC starts from the opposite direction: we design the game around the players, not the other way around.
That means smaller groups, coaches trained to adapt on the fly, formats that flex to different physical and sensory needs, and a standing rule that nobody is ever just watching from the sideline.
A few of the ways we get people moving, competing, and having fun on their own terms.

One-on-one support from a trained volunteer for players who want or need extra help on the field.
Lower-noise, lower-crowd match days for players who need a calmer environment to enjoy the game.
A sideline built for families too — clear info, a welcoming space, and people who get it.
